Investing in impact—at the scale of communities.
Green Guru Project is an international 501(c)(3) building sustainable economic development globally and regionally. We focus on supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals 2, 8, and 13 — empowering individuals to build a greener future through service, education, and action.
What we stand for.
Service over symbol.
Every initiative we run must produce a measurable outcome — pounds rescued, kits delivered, students enrolled. We track everything because impact unmeasured is impact unproven.
Local action, global lens.
Programs are designed and run by people on the ground in their own communities — and connected through a global network that shares playbooks, partners, and lessons.
Education compounds.
A toiletry kit feeds a person today. A finance class feeds families for a generation. We invest in both the immediate and the structural.
Sustainability is economic.
Green initiatives that ignore livelihoods fail. We build programs that protect the planet and create jobs, dignity, and decent work alongside it.
We focus on three of the seventeen UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Zero Hunger
End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition. Our food rescue programs and community fridge support directly address local food insecurity.
Decent Work & Economic Growth
Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full employment, and decent work. Our financial literacy programs build foundational economic skills.
Climate Action
Take urgent action to combat climate change. We support clean systems campaigns, renewables partnerships, and climate-conscious advocacy.
Founded by students. Powered by partnerships.

What began as a student-led sustainability initiative in Orlando has grown into a global nonprofit with chapters and ambassadors on four continents.
We've partnered with food rescue programs, financial education initiatives, climate campaigns, and renewables companies — each one selected because it serves a measurable need in a real community.
Our model is simple: find a community problem, find a partner already working on it, and amplify their work with student energy, technical capacity, and global reach.
